Ripcord Systems, a software development agency providing digital solutions to global clientele, is looking for a Business Development Executive with 1+ years of experience of business development, sales and marketing in IT industry. You will be working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment which nurtures individualism, intellect and strategic business planning.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Research and come up with new strategies in order to increase Ripcord System’s offering to the clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting client’s objectives
- Develop communication strategy to pitch to prospective clients based on the brand needs or market dynamics
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
- Identify industry trends
- Proactively pitch ideas that aid in enhancing company image
- Bachelor’s Degree in BS Computer Science, BS Marketing or BBA
- Strong command of English Language, both spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be technically sound with good knowledge of the development processes of web and mobile apps
- Familiarity with proposal drafting and management in response to RFPs
- Have effective time management and organizational skills
